Gracenoe Subscription marked as expired, after 5 months

Recommended Posts

Last October I renewed EPG Gracenote EU subscription. Key worked for 5 months. Suddenly EyeTV claimed my subsription has expired, after 5 months of service out of 12 subscribed (and paid).

I created support ticket, but no answer yet, after 11 days (and EPG now silent).

Any idea how to proceed?

Ruper, here are a few ideas on how you could proceed with your EPG Gracenote EU subscription issue:

1. Persist with Support: Try following up on your existing support ticket. If possible, attempt to contact EyeTV/Gracenote support through alternative channels such as phone numbers listed on their website, or official social media accounts, as these might sometimes get a quicker response.

2. Check Community Forums: Look for discussions on EyeTV or Gracenote user forums (like the one you posted on). Other users might have faced similar issues and could share how they resolved them.

3. Verify Subscription Directly: See if there's a way to log into your account on the EyeTV or Gracenote website to directly check your subscription status and its expiry date. Sometimes there might be a discrepancy or a simple fix available there.

4. Review Payment: Keep a record of your payment and subscription confirmation. If support remains unresponsive, you might eventually need to refer back to this with your payment provider to discuss options if the service paid for is not being delivered.
