  1. Angela sent me the download link via iCloud, but the link brings up a message that the file is not available to me.
  2. Angela sent me an app to download for 7530 but the iCloud link is not valid.
  3. I am hoping to use my hardware until it becomes obsolete in a few years due to ATSC-3. If only they can keep the program guide working.
  4. Angela, Does this mean we will be without the guide until that time? Will you email those of us who have contacted you via email?
  5. The ETV Guide for ETV-3 has never returned to its original format with details of the programs, just cast. When I brought this to Angela's attention over a year ago, she said to upgrade to ETV-4. I did not.
  6. That's great, but as of this moment, they are not working with the ETV-3 build 7528 I guess from your build that you have ETV-4 I'll just wait to see if they get around to with ETV-3
  7. On Saturday July 3 I emailed Angela Xu who was my email contact the last time this occurred. From the reply, asking for all of the information about my system and version I assumed she had no idea. After reading all of the above, I resent my email to her, linking their own forum to show this is not me. Same deal as the last major outage that lasted about 6 months. They have never been what I would call forthright about the issues and delays. I offered to fix the issue last time if they sent the source code as their engineer(s) had been trying to fix it for many months. The only engineers that could not fix an issue like this would have to be dead or catatonic. Even after the fix, new server and versions to access it, it no longer provided any details about the programs. I would have migrated to ETV-4 but the computer I use for this can not update to the required OS to run ETV-4.
