We are working on the server error of EPG, it will be fixed soon. I will send you feedback once we have a solution.
Your EPG validity period will be extended the time for the outage period.
Our engineer is really trying to solve it. Our engineer may need some time.

I too have moved on to XMLTVListings.com. It works fine on EyeTV 4 on macos Big Sur. I will not bother to go back to the Geniatech EPG even if it ever comes back.
