    Eyetv 4 (64 bit) & macOS 10.15 Catalina

    We are always receiving queries about Eyetv and using it with the latest versions of macOS. To make sure you get things right, we would like to provide a little information and invite you to accompany the development of the latest version of Eyetv.

    Apple launched macOS 10.15 Catalina on 7 October 2019. For customers wishing to switch to macOS 10.15 Catalina, a beta version is available for Eyetv 4 (64 bits) & macOS 10.15 Catalina. You can take part in the beta program here. For your info: Eyetv Beta 5 runs under macOS 10.14 Mojave and macOS 10.15 Catalina. According to our schedule, there will be another two or three beta versions before the release at the end of October 2019. Thank you for taking part and testing.

    I would agree with you, if it wasn't so that Geniatech has "released" a half-baked product, mainly driven to a barely "useful" application by Geniatech step by step flipping a few bits, and letting the users decide if it was for the "better or worse". (That, by the way, isn't what I would call "program development".)

    I've purchased EyeTV 4.x, but I'm glad that I still can run EyeTV3 on Mojave under VirtualBox emulation.
