    I bought recently this product via Amazon. I received perfectly it. When connected it on my computer: MacBook Pro (Type 2012) running on Mac OS Catalina, the hardware is recognised but when loading the software recommended by Geniatech, the key given along with the product is not recognised . Can you give me the method to activate your product. With my best regards Michel C
