My EPG Premium is not working

I purchased a subscription for US & Canada a few days ago and my account is still not working. I got charged and sent a verification email that the transaction went through. I cannot log on to my account when I setup the EPG guide in EyeTV 4. I submitted a support ticket but I am not getting any support thus far. I need help please if anybody from EyeTV support staff is reading this forums. If not, I would like to request a refund as soon as possible. The purchase was quick and expedited, the tech support...not so much
