  1. I have paid and cannot figure out how on earth to get it working. I really do hate this company so much. Sorry folks but your systems are impossible. I've paid 30E and have been going round in circles for hours.
  2. Thank you!!! After a week, five emails to "Geniatech support", two tweets and then a sudden flash of genius (consulting Facebook where I found this link) I have my Gracenote program back. Geniatech take the prize for the most rubbish "technical support" I've ever encountered though. And that's saying something.
