This worked for me. Thanks. i moved the .ts file out of the package and opened it in handbrake which converted it to mp4. it seems to be an easy fix to do for the eyetv team in case it exists.

I also bought the full version. There are fewer crashes, but I still didn't find a way to export the .eyetv into mp4, mkv or any other format. Why did the geniatech engineers invent a new user interface to the editor? The new one is incomplete and I don't see a user documentation. Tried handbrake, but that produced errors and failed. Under what settings did you (Terlga) succeed?

What RoyP describes doesn't work for me. I use the .eyetv file as source for handbrake (version 1.3.0) and it produces only a short title file with the .mp4 extension. Attached the activity protocol. Can you describe the settings for handbrake? activity.rtf

I am able to export to .avi format only. The options button stays greyed out irrespective of the format chosen.
