EyeTv Diversity purchased in 2007 not working properly with MacOS Sierra. Tried downloading the latest SW from Geniatech but don't know my activation key! I think the original EyeTV folders have been overwritten with the new version so how can I recover my original key?, anybody?
Cannot remember where I got the original key from, was it in the packaging somewhere? I still have the packaging but cannot see a software key.
Also my original registered email address is not recognised by Elgato anymore even though I have an email confirming my original email address! see attachment please:-
