Today it's working just fine after rebooting the imac M1.

The same crash accurs with Sonoma 14.3.1 (23D60) and EyeTV 4.0.0 (8532)

I just installed EyeTV 4 on Monterey 12.0.1 on a new mac mini M1 with a 12 year old Diversity. The program stalled on the first scan, but after I restarted the app it completed the scan and is working as well as it ever did. The diversity can't keep up with HD but is OK with SD. Colin (still a Newbie after using Eyetv since 2004!)

I just installed EyeTV version 3.6.9 and noticed a new menu item with 38945 entries as shown below! On selecting it, found I can select from a range of videos of various lengths in various languages: seem to be educational or documentary. There are several submenus allowing you to select a language and content type, though some content-types are empty. https://www.geniatech.eu/product/eyetv-plus/ says it is 'coming soon' € 10,08 (per month?) __ Colin
