eyetv T2 hybrid, Eye TV dont starts automatic.

Because of the new DVB-T2 HD standard  i got the new geniatech eyetv T2 hybrid. b.t.w. it works well but with one exception.

All my former Elgato-DVB-USB-devices are detected by my Macs and the Eye TV Software starts automatically, like it was configured in Eye TVs setup.

But with the new DVB-T2 HD this feature does not work anymore so i had to start EyeTV manually every time i want to activate the stick.

i tried to update and to reinstall the Software, to delete the software preferences and many reconfigurations but always without any success.

Any ideas?

Problem has been solved!  a few days ago, i got contact to geniatech support and they advised me, to install EyeTVs actual version

EyeTV 3 ist 3.6.9(7514) from 

https://www.geniatech.eu/eyetv/software/

and to restart the installtion-assistent again. But this also dont help me. So i decided today, to uninstall EyeTV totaly. i used the CleanApp (http://www.syniumsoftware.com/de/cleanapp)

to uninstall all (!) of EyeTVs plists and entries in a few subdirectories, normaly not been erased.

AND THATS IT !!! Reinstalling works and after that also the autoatic start of EyeTV, when the stick is inserted in one of the USB-ports !!!

Now I´m happy again and  also with the new DVB-T2 HD her in Germany :-)))

Arnd_Gehrmann,  most of us (even loyal eyetv users like me) have forgoten this but i would like to remind you " a great tool" created by elgato a long time ago and it still lives under geniatech brand. 

you can backup and restore preferences (which i use very often for sync my channel lists between my computers), delete preferences, uninstall "deep clean eyetv installation", backup selected files, network diagnosis ect
