No answer from support yet 😕 I had an activation code sent within 24hrs - Not sure where they are sent from but I imagine the general staff only work business hours, doubt they have more than a few support staff to answer Support requests for MacOSX, iOS, Windows and Android customers. For the moment i'm keeping my 32 bit Mac Os install for the (3.6 Eyetv) that's been working for 10 years .... I've asked for a refund of the eyetv 4 not working and got it.
