DVB-S/S2/C and DVB-T2    (H.264)  --- everything works properly

DVB-T2 HEVC in Germany (H.265)  --- our team is working on it, no worries

EyeTV DTT Deluxe doesn't support DVB-T2 and DVB-T2 HEVC.

Are you using EyeTV Diversity or another EyeTV hardware? Which version of EyeTV 3 is it?

EyeTV 3.6.9(7518) is online! The new eyetv 3.6.9 (7518) version fixes the audio issue (Dolby 5.1/ AAC on TV) that occurred when watching the channels “das Erste HD” and “Arte HD”.

I think it's an issue of your HDHomeRun's firmware. We can't re-produce those issues with our EyeTV products and EyeTV 3 software. Suggestion: Ask SiliconDust if they have any firmware updates for your device.

We haven't blocked any HDHomeRun devices... Anyway, we need to test it and re-produce those issues to debug.

There was a know issue with windows 10 and it has been resolved after update from version 1607 Build 14393.953 to version 1607 Build 14393.969.

Use "win" + "r" and run "winver" to check the build number of your windows system.

I finally got round to building a new updated Mac to run the latest EyeTV 3.6.9 (7517), this is now under El Capitan 10.11.6 with HDHomeRun software version 20161117. As a further reminder this is to use a SiliconDust HDHomeRun HDHR4-2DT network tuner, and actually viewing both DVB-T MPEG2 and DVB-T2 H.264 channels still works.

Sadly however I am finding all three of the issues I listed still remain a problem.

Are you using any USB-hubs without power supply? As you said, 7514 also doesn't work. What kind of issue? T2/T2 Lite sticks not in the list of products or?

EyeTV T2 Hybrid supports DVB-T/T2/T2 HEVC and DVB-C, 

EyeTV T2 Lite only supports DVB-T/T2 and T2 HEVC, no DVB-C,

Another different is that an activation key of EyeTV Lite software come with EyeTV T2 Lite, not the full version EyeTV 3 software. But if you already have EyeTV 3, update it to 3.6.9(7514) and your EyeTV T2 Lite will be supported.

EyeTV 3.6.9(7514) has EyeConnect 1.7.3(623) which is also the latest version of EyeConnect.

As far as I know the usual practice is the higher the build number (7516 in this case) for the same version number, the more recent the version is with the highest build number being the latest.  Am I wrong?  I am assuming that 7514, 7515 & 7516 are build numbers.

This is how I was lead to install build 7516.  When selecting "Share my EyeTV archive" the EyeConnect Update Required dialog box opened, when clicking on it, it opened https://www.geniatech.eu/eyetv/support/eyetv-3-en/.  Now I'm not sure which version of EyeTV I was running but having found that uninstalling EyeTV doesn't uninstall EyeConnect and leaves other preference files laying about.  All seems to be in order now. 

 

 

 

That is EyeTV 3.6.9(7416), not 7516. So the latest version of EyeTV 3 is 3.6.9(7514) now.

I need to say sorry that EyeTV app is still not available now. But a good news is: EyeTV App will be coming in February. I feel so sorry about this issue and hope the EyeTV App is exactly as you all expected. Sorry again.
