This is a know issue with the codec H.265. DVB-S/S2/C and DVB-T2 (H.264) --- everything works properly DVB-T2 HEVC in Germany (H.265) --- our team is working on it, no worries

I think it's an issue of your HDHomeRun's firmware. We can't re-produce those issues with our EyeTV products and EyeTV 3 software. Suggestion: Ask SiliconDust if they have any firmware updates for your device. We haven't blocked any HDHomeRun devices... Anyway, we need to test it and re-produce those issues to debug.

There was a know issue with windows 10 and it has been resolved after update from version 1607 Build 14393.953 to version 1607 Build 14393.969. Use "win" + "r" and run "winver" to check the build number of your windows system.

There is still a know issue with export and editor from H.265 (DVB-T2 HEVC) to H.264 using EyeTV 3 software which needs/should be resolved before the new Netstream DVB-T2/T2 HEVC device coming. Apologize for Delay... Our team is working on it. No worries

@asger jakobsen you can visit https://my.eyetv.com/lost_keys?locale=en and https://services.geniatech.eu/lost_keys?locale=en to recover your activation key. If it doesn't help, you just need show us your proof of purchase (receipt or some photos of your product). Then we could give you a new key.

@joh Are you using any USB-hubs without power supply? As you said, 7514 also doesn't work. What kind of issue? T2/T2 Lite sticks not in the list of products or?

What is the difference between T2 lite und T2 Hybrid?

EyeTV T2 Hybrid supports DVB-T/T2/T2 HEVC and DVB-C, EyeTV T2 Lite only supports DVB-T/T2 and T2 HEVC, no DVB-C, Another different is that an activation key of EyeTV Lite software come with EyeTV T2 Lite, not the full version EyeTV 3 software. But if you already have EyeTV 3, update it to 3.6.9(7514) and your EyeTV T2 Lite will be supported. Download EyeTV 3.6.9(7514): https://www.geniatech.eu/eyetv/software/ -

EyeTV 3.6.9(7514) has EyeConnect 1.7.3(623) which is also the latest version of EyeConnect.

That is EyeTV 3.6.9(7416), not 7516. So the latest version of EyeTV 3 is 3.6.9(7514) now.

I need to say sorry that EyeTV app is still not available now. But a good news is: EyeTV App will be coming in February. I feel so sorry about this issue and hope the EyeTV App is exactly as you all expected. Sorry again.
